Before work starts
Any cancellation or refund right is stated in the agreed proposal, contract, or invoice. Contact ARBISOFT promptly if you believe a payment was made in error.
Work already performed
Fees relating to completed milestones, delivered work, reserved time, or non-recoverable costs may not be refundable where permitted by law and agreed in writing.
How requests are reviewed
Each request is reviewed against the written project agreement, completed work, payment record, and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through an appropriate available method and may require processing time from the payment provider.
Raise a concern
Email support@arbisoft.biz or use the contact page. Include the invoice reference, payment date, and a concise explanation. Do not send full card or banking credentials.
